Everyone has arrived safely at Llangrannog!

 

After a busy morning all of the year 6 children, their cases, and their sleeping bags are safely on their way to Llangrannog for an exciting week away. 

Mum's and Dad's please watch this space for regular updates and photographs of their amazing week! 

Don't forget to refer to your checklist before packing!!

Make sure all of the children pack with you so that they know everything they have brought with them!!

Postponement of Strike Action

 

Dear Parent,

As you will be aware from the media and previously posted information to you from the school, three Unions (Unison, GMB and Unite) had balloted members and voted to take industrial action on Tuesday 14^th October 2014.

The action, a one day strike, has now been postponed.

We are aware that class/school closures inconvenience parents and carers and so I am writing to you to confirm that school will be open to all pupils as normal.

School will be open as usual during the NATO summit but will be closed to pupils in Dosbarth Enfys on Thursday 4th and Friday 5th September.

 

PALS will also be open as usual this week but will be closing early on Thursday 4th and Friday 5th at 4:30 p.m.

Across Wales children in years 2 to 6 now take tests in reading and numeracy each summer. This year our pupils will be taking their test starting on Wednesday 7th May.
