I look at this chair, as it proudly stands

I took it, trembling, into my hands.

But the thought that it wouldn't be mine for long,

Reminded me that I had to stay strong!!

I want to say thank you.

The time I've had with this chair has flown.

But now it has a new owner, to have and to hold,

Just remember the chair has many stories yet to be told.
